We have developed the reputation of being one of the most thorough Home Inspectors in the area, and understand the importance of knowing the condition of the home being purchased. For that reason, I draw from over 15 years worth of proven analytical and mechanical skills.

We use a computer generated report with digital pictures. The reports can be delivered via e-mail which has proven very effective, especially for out of state clients moving to the area and investors. My reports can also be printed and delivered to those who do not have e-mail or who wish to have a hard copy.

As a husband and father of two daughters, I recognize the importance of assessing the safety conditions of the home. Not only do I assure safety, I will inform you of the overall stability of the structure, report any significant defects and evaluate the operation and function of the household systems.
