Jon has done house inspections for me and they were done meticuously. Mr Smith is also a pleasant individual with whom one can feel free to discuss at lengnth or make clarifications on a property inspected by him.

Thank you very much for the home inspection you conducted on the home we are Selling. In your inspection you identified several things that were in need of repair.

With your testing equipment and knowledge you identified several electrical items that needed repaired before selling.
